Definitely February. What a rebel, only has 28 days and every 4 years says 'f**k it, I'm having an extra day'.

Prior to moving to the northern hemisphere, it would have been December hands down. Christmas, my birthday, and New Year's + summer? Winning.

Now that I'm in China, it would probably be May (for the warmth after six months of cold) or February (for the month long Chinese New Year holiday I get).
