Wagon and Vella are meant to be our leaders, yet have been our biggest disappointment this year, theyre a joke.

Mateo and Cordoba, now they go better. Feleti will spark something in our attack.

I seem to recall Wagon making a couple of breaks, and while I wasn't really focusing on the Eels I can't remember what Hopkins did so wrong?

Yeah like that will ever happen. He makes you so cranky when you see how he played last week, yet tonight you hardly see him at all, surely he must have copped some kind of injury early on.

Wagon and Hopkins played ok, but Wagon has to be allowed to play lock???? but Vella was dissapointing, all that said i would love to see this Mateo given a shot

Piss Wagon off totally.

Put Feleti at lock (his best position)
bring Ben Smith into the centres (drop Graham to reggies)
bring Tim Smith into halfback (and play either Witt, Thorman or even Pai or Blake Green at 5/8)

Wagon at lock and try Mateo in the centres with Ben Smith and Thorman 5/8 and Witt half......or Mateo at 5/8 with Witt at half

Mateo isn't quick enough to play in the centres.

5/8 MAYBE but Lock is easily his best and none of the others who have played lock this year are any good.

please don't tell me Mateo is slow....how big is he anyway, he can't be that slow if he plays 5/8???

He isn't slow for a lock and is about the same speed as a number of 5/8th's running around but he is simply too slow to play centre.

He goes very good.

One of the best youngsters at Parra and at least they finally got it right with him signing him up for 2 more years recently.

I would love to see Mateo play, he can really create something out of nothing, he deserves atleast to start on the bench against the Roosters!!!!

Smith (Tim) and Mateo, would have to be better than our current options

every one has had ago except these two

it is time

Injuries aside, Smith needs to drop players that aren't performing. Let them know that their form is down and it won't be tolerated. Until that happens I can't see individuals improving.

Well said Hurriflutch, you are spot on with Mateo- he is a lock in firsts and a 5/8 second best posi.

Also i have watched B. Smith play last couple of games as well as T Smith- both fairly quiet v panthers -they will have to show better to get a run in firsts.

Love Mateo- quietly spoken -terrific athlete and runs hard and attacks instinctively with good ball skills also.Deserves a look at.
