I will have a selection, buffet style with Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, and Greek, plus Seafood section and a Carvery section with roast lamb, pork and beef. Also a Texas Ribs bbq section with hot sauces to try out and flame grilled hamburgers just to keep the meateaters happy and we can't forget the salad bar! Dessert bar will maily consist of pavalova, cheesecake, trifle, a pecan pie, profiteroles and of course various flavours of ice cream, custard and creams!
