Danny Wicks came from Grafton. That's close to Yamba.

Some of our best fans have spent time in and around Yamba, too. Although so have some of our worst.

Plus it's a much shorter flight. And the boys can go bream fishing and drink Stone and Wood in their down time, instead of dangerous Fijian things like fire ceremonies and kava and diving with massive tiger sharks.

You are making valid points, but it is a long season....why not have a game in Fiji and one in Yamba which I have to admit I thought was on the south coast.

True but that would be expensive and pointless in terms of both recruiting and crowds. There is a good Fijian population in Sydney that we could get attending WSS.

There's a substantial proportion of Indians in Fiji. Is this the market you're referring to?

Hire a fleet of air conditioned buses for the supporters and head to Yamba or take a risk on dodgy Cessna to Fiji?
