Outstanding colts Brett and Glenn Stewart have been added to the NRL squad for Sunday's premiership match against Wests Tigers at Leichhardt Oval.

Excellent, i have heard goot things about Brett, hopefully he will start in fullback.

Dessie is fastly losing my faith. he persists with a halves combination that clearly isn't working and a fullback who simply isn't reliable when the opposition makes a break.

Can I ask your honest opinion of Andrew Walker's performances this season ?

I dare say our two coaches fates are enfixed and twined close to the bottom of the table together :lol: .

For a Fullback, Andrew Walker is a great attacking 5/8. The less said about his positional play in defence the better. on my count, his defensive lapses let in the Dogs, Eels, Sharks and Tigers in at Crucial moments in the game. Stands far to shallow. the Formations he is forming with Watmough, Solo and in particular Sam Harris are really good though.

Unfortunately, I think you are right.
It looks like being a very frustrating season for supporters of both clubs.

Andrew Walker should be moved to 5/8

I tipped Manly to beat the Tigers, and they seemed to have the Tigers measure for most of the match, it was just the last 20 minutes which was very disappointing from a Manly point of view (also a tipsters point of view).

Manly's attack looks very potent at times, guys like Torrens, Hicks and Donald always look pretty good when they have got the ball in their hands.

It was the inability to defend against the kicks which the Tigers put up in the latter stages of the match (much like Souths failure to defuse kicks against Melbourne)

Stewart was a waste on the bench, especially considering he wasn't used until 15 minutes to go, that spot could of been used for another forward



Next week Stewart has to start, with Walker moving to 5/8

unfortunatly Walker is very suspect under the high ball, he just doesn't look comfortable at the back.
