There have been plenty of those. The only times we've won in week 2 of the finals was when it wasn't an elimination match, under the old system when it was the Major Semi Final. That was 1990 and 1991.

We've lost elimination finals in week 2 in 1989 (Raiders), 1997 (Raiders), 2000 (Parra), 2010 (Roosters), 2016 (Raiders), and 2017 (Broncos). We've been breaking hoodoos recently so here's hoping. We are finals regulars now, it must help.

We won week 1 which was 1 v 4. Didn't play in week 2. The Roosters were eliminated by the Rabbitohs the same weekend.

just need Waqa looks dangerous and elusive with the ball - if Maloney, Kikau, Waqa & Mansour fire tonight - Ramien & that Sharks edge defence will have nightmares for the next 3 months

I played - Go the mighty Panthers through the car stereo a few times this morning.

The family ritual is to play Hell's Bells on the way to the ground.

We have our halves in tact and Waqa. 2 keys we have lacked over the past 2 seasons. So that sets us up well. Just need the pack to fire up

We have better halves and backs. The problem is their pack and if they slow it down we will struggle. Hopefully Klein lets it flow like last Fri night
