Well, look.

I've always stayed out of the should he go shouldnt he arguments, got enough people goings off their knackers as it is.

What I've said is, that given the quality of players he has attacted to our club for next season, I've always believed that it was only fair he got first crack using them.

The departure of Vaealiki though, and the puzzling selections of saturday night of Thorman on his own.....particuarly given that Morris was out has got me stumped!

I agree Fish Eel, He has attracted good players for next yr but then undoes all the good work by releasing Vaealiki, rumours of Chris Armit wanting out and the possible releasing of Dykes without a suitable replacement.

Weren't you supporting him last week, WA?

Close, but you were one week out. Yes, earlier in the year I had supported him being at least allowed to see out the rest of the year and then leave with his dignity intact.

However, I stopped supporting him when he picked Chris Thorman at halfback 2 weeks running. As far as I'm concerned now, I can't wait to see them - yes, BOTH of them on the next plane out of Sydney.

You can say I've seen the light - well with Smith anyway.

Fair's fair. Everyone's entitled to their opinion here.

And Eelectrica and Strider have got guts saying so in the current climate.

Sorry, you misunderstand me, I was just looking to see if anyone still wanted Smith back next year, but hopefully without some of the backlash that comes from stating that.
Personally I think Smith has achieved all he can for Parra as a coach and it's time to have a new coach and Smithy play a different role for the club.

Oops. No worries, I'm with you now, on both counts...

Still kudos to Strider alone then for sticking his neck out for his beliefs.
