Leadership was an issue this time last year
Flano gets rid of arguably the worst captain in the clubs history
Gets rid of Lomax
Signs Cook and Gutherson who is up there with the best in terms of captaincy and leadership.
Let’s f*cking go Flano !
The gong part is what I meant, where our COE will be set up, though tbf that might be season 2026 by the time its built.
He's going to make it work for the 3yr contract, but just making the point that commute is very much a real thing, it just reduces our ability to recruit from the sydney pool of players, particularly living north side.

That would be the shape of things at present, I agree.I get we need to replace Hunt but I think we need a ball running 6 over a 7 at this point in time just shift Kyle to 7.
Plus Gutherson and Cook you’d feel have a point to prove!Anyone who thinks Flano is doing anything but a fantastic job has rocks in their head.
Cook, Holmes, Gutho.
There is some serious experience that will instil much needed leadership, benefit our juniors no end and most importantly help us win games...
Not sure if taking the mickey on that one.. but if Gutho had of had any other sydney based option we wouldn't have signed him.. I have no idea how hes going to get to work each day either...
If I was getting 800k a year, getting to work would be the least of my problemsMaybe he can rent Zac's house in Shell Cove while Zac settles in to Westmead or Merrylands for the next four years
Well to be perfectly honest , there were times when I was tempted , but a stern look from the little lady made me think twice . She seems to be able to read my mind so easily ?Haha Gareth, I know the feeling! I hope they weren't tripping up on yr walking stick.
Was Ruben Wiki a winger or centre that moved to front row? He was a brilliant prop forward, one of the best I have seen.Wingers who have successfully transitioned to the front row??

But if Flanagan tells Rava that he wants him to play in the forwards in 2025 and he gives it a shot but finds the going too tough, that could open the door for Rava to request a release.Agreed.
I just done see Rava doing anything like that.
I just don't think he has the sustained toughness to cut it in the middle.
I could be wrong but I just don't see it...
Gee, 2 appearances on the wing is hardly a career winger moving to the front row!Ruben Wiki - Playing Career - Positions - RLP
A stats breakdown of positions played by Auckland centre (Otahuhu) came to Canberra in 1992 after representing the Junior Kiwis and NZ Maoris.
