They're easily my 4th favourite folk parody duo performing today. ;-) I got season one off the net a while ago and found the whole thing to be hilarious.

I haven't heard about it being on an Aussie stations yet, so they'd still be fairly unknown over here, but with the success they've had in the US you'd think it'd only be a matter of time before SBS, the ABC or Foxtel picked it up.

It's weird, I've seen them at a couple of comedy galas over here and never found overly funny but Flight of the Concords is brilliant, my suggestion would be for them to give up their day job as stand up comedians and stick to TV.

Funny as hell show, the music leaves a bit to be desired sometimes. Very dry humour. Can't believe the Americans 'get it', it seems like the type of show that would work in britain, if anywhere.

Bought the DVD on the back of watching a few clips on Youtube.

I've seen 5 episodes so far - it's funny sh*t.

It's a strange show.

It's not laugh out loud, ha ha funny, it's just really understated humour and very cleverly done.

You're in for a treat, in my opinion. Hopefully Ten will play all 12 episodes.

Love the mother ucker song, particularly the bike choreography.

Actually most of the songs are fantastic. Read on Wikipedia that they have been offered a second season, but it's not known whether they (the Conchords) want to do it. Apparently they used a lot of their material in the first season.

We do "get it" though...and it's really funny - ESPECIALLY with high school kids

Dont know if you guys know this yet but they just won a Grammy for best Comedy Album with there EP.

and there new album debuted at number 3 in the US pop charts.

It's all songs from the TV series (IIRC), but I get to hear a bit of Bret and Jermaine magic in the car.
