Hey does anyone collect select nrl cards because they are out again and it seems that there are alot of special sharks cards.
First there is
12 normal cards rieck,gallen,kimmorley,stevens,peach, beattie,bird,merrit,nutley,bailey,vagana,and a club list.

player of the year nutley
honor role nutley
future force signatures (youngsters) mcgoldric, galloway
and captin signatures kimmorley
I wonder that the sharks have so many cards there is only 12 future forces and we have two the only club to do so. And nutley is and honor role card.
What cards do you guys have, any special ones? does any one have a rieck card?
They are 5 bucks for one pack of 8 or about $160 for a box which is 36 packs.
please reply if you have any special cards because i am willing to by these cards.

Hope we sign some great players in the coming days.
Cheers.

I got a Brent Tate out of Big League and that's it. I was a bit of a heavy collector in the last few years, however.

Haha when i was 8 or so i had to goto the doctors every friday arvo because something was wrong with my blood, constant blood tests, and after mum would take me to the shops and buy me a bubble 'o' bill and a pack of footy cards with the piece of gum in it :)

Great times.

oh yes those were the days , at school we used to play footy flicks with the cards. You go up against someone and whoever flicked their card the farthest won the other kids card.
metro gum and big charlie were other scanlens highlights of my youth.

duck facts

pay close attention to your cards this year as there are 3 errors which "may" at one stage become valuable depending what happens in the comp

card 81 - picture is Mr Jason King NOT Mr Daniel Heckenberg as the card says
card 128 - picture is Mr Brett Firman NOT Mr Matthew Head as the card says
card 166 - picture is of Mr Awen Guttenbeil NOT Mr Jerry Seu Seu as the card says

confirmed with Select the makers of the cards

We have an absolute stack of footy cards going back quite a few years. We just got this year's set and you are correct Miss Duck, 3 glaring errors there!

I remember as kiddies attaching the cards to the frame of our bikes using clothes pegs so they flicked against the spokes of the wheels, made a great noise !!!
