Magnolia Little Gem. Takes weeks for the flower to open and then days to fall off. Looks great on those few days though. Nice trees.

Planted 2 of them when doing some landscaping on my current job.
You're correct about the flowers. They look good the day they open, and it's downhill quickly from day 2.
