What I really want to know why should non-believing people be bound to a belief based judgement. You don't think gays should marry, fine. But why should people who don't hold that belief be denied the right to marry who they choose? If the value judgement of gay marriage is based entirely on Christian faith, why should those who aren't Christian have to be denied a right.
