but we may need you so work on your essays - sorry Far_Mike about the last game was fairly busy running to and from Canberra otherwise would have pulled you in - just use your essay that you had ready.

i have t' construct a boring and tedious essay for uni due may 6 and present a few clients which is time consuming during that time also so i'm out until then. will be vailable for the game directly after but i'm going home for 5days on the 24th may so count me out then. does thzt help any with team construction?

My fault no one else's - and I still think we can give this comp a ashake after all we have only llost one game

not your problem - however a task set - lets all try and recruit ione player each..this is a friendly team and it should remain the same...but even if three of us recruit it takes some pressure off the rest of us

bubbles my thoughts exactly and i know bp will be smiling from above. he hated the chris walker signing and made it well nown with an artcle and this wouldve turned him an unhealthy shade ofpurple had he been here t' witness it. superbly written.

Thanks Morticia. It goes against my grain to be so critical of our club and any player who wears our jersey, but I do feel strongly about this. I don't profess to have known bp at all, but from all accounts he was a good man, devoted to his club and it's good to know that my opinion was shared with such a well liked and respected person. Wow Bubbles that was an excellent article....felt myself wanting to cheer as I was reading.

There is a thread on another Website about which player would we prefer Mundine/Mason I opposed both.....my question to fellow fans was whats better a Team of Champions or a Champion Team??. I can't believe the Club would entertain the idea of the Man either especially after the way he treated Freddy during his career....you are so spot on

RoostarGirl, you're spot on with the 'team of champions versus champion team' thing. I read that thread too and totally agree with you. I just think it would be a sad indictment of our club to see that meglamaniac in our colours, let alone wearing Freddy's number. And as silly as this may seem, I would feel personally wounded after the years I have spent defending the Roosters to all and sundry about not being a pack of soulless mercenaries!
