Forum Sevens 2004 Teams

Just a Thread for who is Definant or who Is looking on making a team for Next years season.

By the looks of things the teams are as follows so far:

Newtown
Roosters
Penrith
Souths
Parramatta
Dragons
Broncos
Rhinos
Pirates
Raiders
Sharks

And I think Doggies will make a return aswell. I know everyone is saying teams max and so on, But I think with the promotional skills done to promote Forum Sevens on League Unlimited can easily account for all these teams to play next season. Let's just wait and see.

How bout we wait till this season is finished before we think about teams for next season.

For Christs sake, players that are already leaving for other clubs are playing in finals right now, have a bit of god damn respect for those clubs.

Parramatta isn't even committed to being included next season yet. As far as all are concerned I still play for Bulldogs. I will give them a chance to see what and who they have planned for next season. Right now I'm enjoying quality articles too much to worry about next season. But 8 teams is a max as far as I'm concerned.

- Less teams leads to more available players,

- More available players leads to strengthened teams,

- Strengthened teams lead to a much stronger competition.

And of course if such heresy were to happen, you'd get fans of different colours mixing up a bit and getting to know each other and all that bonding stuff, rather than the old NRL battle-lines......

....anyway, I hear King Island's a good place to head to if one needs to "get away" for awhile. Sure won't be as frosty as the reception I'm about to get around here anyway.
