R=They should show more live games next year.

WE get NRL live games over here.

Although oour league aint at the same level./.. i'm sure you lot will enjoy it.

And Aussies might start respecting English talent more.... for me Saints and Leeds could beat any NRL team in a one off game, although they would struggle to perform consistantly in the NRL... i still reckon they'd be good enough for a top 10 finish.

Hope so MrC, hope so...

It's the League's fault as much as the broadcasters for not being as proactive as AFL were.

I think the French play brilliant footy. They are just so good to watch with the way they play the game.

I hope Foxtel gets their coverage in order. I would like to see two things.

1. Super League games Live.
2. Games Replayed as a lead in to the following days NRL coverage.

Teams name a 20 man squad early in the week, and then narrow it down to 18.

Hull's 20 man squad for this game (in no particular order) is:
Nathan Blacklock, Gareth Raynor, Ewan Dowes, Richard Swain, Paul King, Shane McMenemy, Steve Kearney, Paul Cooke, Motu Tony, Jamie Thackray, Tommy Saxton, Chris Chester, Sione Faumuina, Gareth Carvell, Danny Brough, Kirk Dixon, Graeme Horne, Paul McNicholas, Richie Barnett, Richard Whiting.

Hull are a pretty average side all round. They have nothing extraordinary about them.

They dont really have halves of any kind. Their forward pack is SOFT.....the only time they look dangerous is when Motu Tony or Nathan Blacklock have the ball in their hands.

The Hull pack ain't soft, i think the reason you're saying this is because it's an all British front row.

Motu Tony is not bad, he has played well recently but his defense is suspect. Nathan Blacklock has lost his pace but certainly goes hunting for those tries.
Cooke and Brough has been the difference for Hull and Swain can be added to the list. And when you have a dominate pack it helps the other three to take advantage.
If Carvell stays injury free he might get called up for GB, his weakness is injury.

They could be from Mars......they are the softest pack I have ever seen on a professional field.

Their halves are terrible. No passing or kicking game to speak of.

Swian has just got softer and softer as time goes on.

Looking at that team with no Richard Horne and Kirk Yeaman, i think Warrington will win and clinch the all important home semi final next week.
Hope they can get close to 20,000 crowd.

Is Motu still playing on the wing? That is such a waste.

Nope he only covers there, he has been used at FB, SO and Hooker this year, i would say Wing has been his best position.

Yep, still on the wing mostly. They seem to prefer Blacklock at stand-in fullback, and Danny Brough in the halves. Though with this squad they might go with Raynor and Barnett on the wings, and have Tony coming off the bench in a more varied role?
