Vics hosting the final after QLD lost to SA

QLD always seem to do well and the MCG and the Vics have always done well at the Gabba lately.

Let's hope for a Vics win

Then again I think before last year there was a long run of the home team losing the one day final

Hopefully Harwood is fit, by far the no1 bowler in the competition and looking at the stats we wont miss Nannes much, McDonald is a big out though and McGain was brilliant in just a couple of games

Unfortunately means McKay will play, played almost every game but can be expensive, would like to see an attack of Pattinson, Wright, Hastings and Harwood with the 3 spinners providing the 5th bowler option

QLD scrapped to 8/187 thanks to Swan at the end.

Harwood and McKay both went off injured meaning White and Hussey had to bowl the last 2 overs and 24 came off them.

Hartley 49* off about 105 balls....that alone cost QLD a good 30-40 runs IMO, he never even looked to work singles unless the ball was already there for an easy push

Looked very nasty. I don't like Harwood at all, mainly because he looks like a merkin, but he earned a few brownie points because of his toughness.

Can't believe how badly the Vics are going. I'm not sure what is worse - Victoria's ability to choke, or Nathan Rimmington's terrible wicket celebrations. He looks like a tard.
