The NSW 12 for the match
NSW: Dominic Thornely (c), Nathan Bracken, Aaron Bird, Mark Cameron, Peter Forrest, Nathan Hauritz, Phillip Hughes, Grant Lambert, Stephen O'Keefe, Daniel Smith, Steven Smith, David Warner.

No Henriques which is a shame also looks very bowling heavy side.

WA squad for match on Wed

Western Australia squad Shaun Marsh, Luke Ronchi (wk), Liam Davis, Marcus North (capt), Adam Voges, Luke Pomersbach, Theo Doropoulos, David Bandy, Matt Johnston, Aaron Heal, Brett Dorey, Steve Magoffin, Ben Edmondson, Arron Crawford.

We are out gunned in the batting department. And our bowlers haven't been great in this form of the game apart from Bracken.

I predict Doropolous to have a HUGE domestic season and force his way into the Australia A One Day side sometime next year.

Doropolous certainly had form in the Emerging players tournament, was good with both his batting and bowling.

WA to win relatively comfortably for mine. Agree with the comments about Doropoulos

  • 2008-10-08 13:01WA captian Marcus North has won the toss and has elected to field first. We are now around 15 minutes away from the start of play.
first chance to see how vulnerable the blues really are
