I thought it was a bit rough that the Broncos had to play on the friday night after Origin a sunday game would have been much better and much fairer, but then the NRL has never been very fair to the Broncos.

The broncos looked like they were suffering from a post origin hangover.I wouldnt read too much into that loss. A loss for them is probably a good thing and will help them focus leading up to the semis when they should have Shaun Berrigan back and maybe Gorden Tallis.

IMHO, the broncos are suffering from their corporate identity and a post super league sentiment. Many people feel Brisbane were the catalyst for the whole Super League war and the people of Brisbane would also like to have a choice of more than one team. At the moment they are sppon fed their footy and I think a second side in Brisbane would make the people of Brissy appreciate what a great side they have. Parra and Saints alson enjoy a large following in Brisbane.

I was never too sure coz I live in England, but is Parrmatta Eels a Brisbane club? What do they have to do to get the crowds back then? Where did they all soot off to?
Please leave a couple of posts a week at my site if ya can!

The Parramatta Eels are a side from Western Sydney. However they do have a reasonable supporter base in Brisbane. Unfortunately at the moment, the Broncos are the ONLY team in League's second largest city worldwide. Hopefully that will change.

Cheers.
