Like you, I reckon the Board are equally responsible for the mess. If nobody opposes them then I guess things will just blow over. Guess we'll never know who voted which way.
Happens a lot in life. Some bustards can stir the pot like crazy then when it is all over they can come up smelling like roses. Bitta that going on right now, I'd say. Hitler/Goebels once said if you tell people something often enough they'll end up believing it.
