For all the criticism he gets, he fits our grinding style perfectly. We will be easier to beat without him. Might force a style change from Flanno. Doubt it.

Happy for him to have another go around but it's on the condition he plays prop. No ifs or buts. That's where it works better for us, we already have a stack of backrowers on the books.

It's tough, I would think that at this point of his career a premiership is a higher priority than captaining NSW to another shield - an achievement he's already reached.

I don't think anyone would dispute we are a better chance of achieving that if he's playing as many games as possible for us which means putting aside rep footy.

On the other hand he'd be walking away from 100K (at least) and the chance to captain NSW to a series win where there wasn't a cloud over him (last shield we won was during the midst of the ASADA shitstorm).

Tough choice for him, hard to begrudge him wanting to continue playing rep footy.

I'd be happy for him to have another year, especially if he devoted himself solely to the Sharks...

Gall in interview stated this last year for NSW.

If he plays in NRL next year would only be with the Sharks.

If he dosent play i can see him as Daley's assistant with the Blues
