Amazing. Thought it looked more serious than that, but I'll cop no weeks on the sidelines.

OK good. Means his carry overs are over 12 months old. Puts him on notice though as he'll have 95 points "in the bank"

Judiciary Report: Round 11
23 May 2005
The NRL match review committee has charged eight players with offences from round 11, including the Knights' Josh Perry who faces at least five matches on the sideline.

Charges are as follows:

Shane Dunley, Sea Eagles
Charged with grade five contrary conduct on the Eels' PJ Marsh.
*An early guilty plea would see him sidelined for three matches.

Ryan Hoffman, Storm
Charged with a grade one dangerous throw on the Bulldogs' Tony Grimaldi.
*Hoffman faces a one-match ban if he enters an early guilty plea.

Cooper Cronk, Storm
Charged with a grade two dangerous throw on the Bulldogs' Adam Brideson.
*Faces a two-match suspension if he makes an early guilty plea.

Lance Thompson, Dragons
Charged with a grade one careless high tackle on the Knights' Jarrod Muller.
*A clean record means Thompson will not be suspended over the incident but will reduce his carry-over penalty points if he makes an early guilty plea.

Craig Smith, Knights
Charged with a grade one careless high tackle on the Dragons' Michael Henderson.
*Will escape suspension if he enters an early guilty plea.

Josh Perry, Knights
Charged with a grade two reckless high tackle on the Dragons' Michael Henderson.
*Two prior offences on his record mean he faces five weeks on the sideline if he enters an early guilty plea.

Paul Gallen, Sharks
Charged with a grade one careless high tackle on the Panthers' Joel Clinton.
*Will escape suspension if he makes an early guilty plea for the charge.

Adam Mogg, Raiders
Charged with a grade one dangerous throw on Wests Tigers' Liam Fulton.
*An early guilty plea will see him sidelined for two matches.

not the happiest day for galls with the ref. seemed to me his arm hit the ball and bounced up, but his shoulder made initial contact high. i guess it's a fair enough call.

but i remember a few years back ainscough (*spit*) smashing mat rogers with a deliberate high shoulder, breaking his nose but getting nothing because high shoulders weren't an offence in the nrl rules

Dunley is pathetic, this guy refused to form a scrum against the Warriors due to the fact that one of the warriors players was bleeding, he even had a blood test to check whether he had contracted any disease.
And here he is spitting on people.

Good to hear he wont miss a week (assuming he enters early plea).

I still think he was unlucky to be charged though.

EXACTLY.

I actually started a thread about what you are saying in the NRL forum.

Very hypocritical of Dunley.

Glad to see Gallen get off, he must be careful though now 95 points in bank similiar charge, would also carry 25% loading onto points, he would receive 2 weeks, if were playing souths this week, would have said fight charge cop 1 week, with less carry over
