Hi guys, I am in town over the weekend and looking forward to catching the game on Sunday. Wondering if anyone can give me some advice:

1. What's the best way to get to ANZ from the city

2. Is there any pubs around the stadium?

3. Where do the Wests fans sit at ANZ as I'd like to cheer you guys on (have a soft spot due to the number of ex Wests players at HKR, my other team) so would prefer to sit with you lot.

cheers and comeeeee onnnnnnn the Tigers!

Defeninately train to Olympic Park, when you get out of the train station at Olympic follow the crowd towards the stadium, before you get to the stadium the Brewery(Novetel) is on your left (a lot of fans go there before and after the game). I recommend a lamb roll from there if you are hungry.. they are great!

There is a fanatics bay where a lot of WT fans gather, I can't remember the bay number now, I think its 105?

Transport you'd be looking at a train from Central to Lidcombe where you change trains to the one that goes to Olympic Park.

Drinking wise, theres not a great deal there. I'd say have a couple in the city before you leave.

I might have to stand corrected. I'll have to check out this Brewery place some time. Normally I just have a few [too many] drinks somewhere in Parra before I go to a game at Homebush.

Should change trains at Strathfield if their aren't any direct trains from Central to Olympic Park?
Or is that only for special events?

Pretty sure there isn't direct from Central to Olympic Park. The only way you can get there is to change at Lidcombe.

Yeah I'm 99% sure you have to get off at Lidcombe to get a train to Olypmic Park. Its the only station that runs trains there as far as I am aware of.
