Game Distribution & Pre-Ordering

I want to pre-order the game, both for PS2 and PC. However, what is the easiest way? Living in Victoria, will it be shipped down here? I know the people in the local Harvey Norman and they will order any game I want, plus give me a discount, but I'm more concerned with speed. How long will it take?

Also, I've seen pre-orders are available at gpstore.com.au . Are they reliable etc?

Finally, Mario, why didn't you make it for GCN?

I can vouch for GPStore in NZ - they do a lot of shipped orders, and get stuff to people pretty promptly, usually on the day of release. I assume the Australian operation is just as efficient.

We didn't make it for the GC because the install base is limited on top of the market for Rugby League being smaller than most games shipped worldwide. The numbers didn't stack up.

Depending on demand, we may produce a sequel for it though.

That'd be great, because IMO GCN offers the best games. The graphics leave the PS2 for dead, and the controllers are a million times better. If you believe the stereotypes of the tryhards who think the PS2 is best, you get access to the youth market which would be lucrative no doubt because of soft parents.

Xbox is Microsoft, has few quality games and is too bulky.

I've got all 3 systems and I must say Xbox is the bomb. Also can we rip music for this game?

I love my gamecube but xbox is by far the best. If PS2 didn't have GTA or Smackdown I'd be struggling with it.

If you want it and can't pick it up off the shelf, go to your local Harvey Norman. They will order you any game if they don't have it.

pretty good deal too - there is no money down, and when the game comes in you get $10 off retail price. not bad.

when i asked him if he knew when it was coming out he said maybe october.

nah mate i just rang em this arvo and spoke to some bloke who gave me an invoice number then said well call you when it comes in, you get $10 bucks off.
