1. Must nullify Thurstan first and formost. He handles the ball 3 times per set in the opposition half.

2. Forwards MUST step up from the opening kick off. Cowboys will not give up a lead like the Raiders or Manly. Asendancy in the forwards is the key to beating them. DONT give Thurstan a platform to play off

3. field possition is the key. Must make sure we are getting to our kick 40m from our line, not 30 or 20

4. Interchange is a major piece in the puzzle. Fifita, Go hard the second you get on. Demand the ball and use your step. Fulton, possition yourself around the ball players when you come on, esspecially in the last 10 minutes of each half.

5. If its tight, no silly penalties. Thurstan is 16/16 in goal kicking this season. DONT give him an excuse to shoot

6. Be mindfull of Gallant. He will have alot to play for. Treat his as we did Hayne

I'm pretty sure Cowboys have scored 3 tries all season in the first half, and have been behind at half-time in every game except one.

I seriously don't think our attack will be the problem. If our defence is up to it next week, we win...simple.
