WTF happened there??
Hull FC v Saints was a great game, too bad there was that much fog!
Harlequins look just about the weakest team on paper anyway, and had a lot of their most important players such as Purdham, McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Jones-Bishop and quite a few others out. I think they will struggle anyway though, they could finish bottom. On the plus side they have the fewest imports in the league, although the ones they do have leave a lot to be desired. I think Harlequins are a real problem and need investment fast, I also feel that their attendances are held back by the 'Harlequins' moniker and that they are doing less for the profile of the game now than they were as London Broncos, the only real positive is the excellent community work that is going on.
Warrington on the other hand are an outside tip for the season, they had players like Cooper, Clarke, Vinnie Anderson and McCarthy who didn't make the 17 today. Chris Riley scored 5 tries on the wing and they had a couple of other tries chalked off too. A good attendance too of 11.5k considering the opposition, hopefully they can maintain that level of home support throughout the season.
