There is much anticipation building in North Sydney for the 2005 season.

While the NRL twiddles its thumbs and we await the Central Coast Bears introduction, the North Sydney Bears have put big plans in place for 2005:

1. Gary Freeman will be premier league coach;
2. Feeder arrangement with Melbourne Storm will boost the team with NRL standard players.

Huge number of players arrived to trial last weekend with more trials required for this weekend.

Big meeting for all members and fans at North Sydney Oval next Tuesday, October 26 at 6.30 pm.

How did the trials go?
Have they picked their team etc, or are they still analysing etc..?

Hopefully they will have a much more competitive team this year..

They are now down to the 27/26 man squads for all 4 teams. Although the PL is still shifting and changing and JF may loose some to PL.

Flo tells me the final squads are still a far few days away.
