The signing of Gasnier won't stop the choke!!!

Shaddap you! Regarding Gasnier he obviously won't be as quick as he was before but that won't matter because defenders will still rush up on him in numbers and he'll just keep offloading for tries. His defensive reads were as stated his weakness, but that's where uncle Wayne steps in.

I hope Dragons fans don't have the Tahu experience.

And I reckon there's a chance that his first game WILL NOT against Penrith - but against Queensland.

Well if he plays for NSW at least it will mean Scott will stay here.

But let's all hope for the best and pray the selectors pick the biggest human being in the world at center.

The Saints are already difficult to beat, and now they get the Toey Human back into the squad.

It really is their comp to lose from here.

if creeping gets the best out of him - great.

things are falling into place.

cap rorting of melbourne exposed.
our cap rorting disguised.
refs in our pocket.
selectors in our pocket.
sharks near spoon.

bring on the 'choke'.

Hope it is a smart decision. But as Gaz said even though hes signed for 4.5 years, if hes not playing well he wont stand in the way of our junior players. I dont expect him to play awesome straight away. Maybe not even the rest of the year, he needs a good off season under bennett to show his true worth.

Pffft no way, he probably hasn't even had a run or made a tackle in a few years in rugby, Inglis would dominate him

If the Dragons can't win the comp this year, they'll never win a comp again. Going gang busters at the top of the table and already too good for most teams to handle and then arguably the worlds best attacking centre falls into their lap just as the season gets to the business end. You don't see many better scenario's for an NRL team.

They have had many chances to win a comp since 1979. At the end of the day (gotta love that saying) Soward and Hornby will be found out once again when it comes to September.

At the back end of last year their forwards were the ones who got exposed. Not the backs.

Brisbane smashed them right out of the game just by going up the middle and belting them in tackles. The Dragons aren't the most creative team. If you can force them out of their rhythm they struggle.

Manly did it again this year by just belting them up the middle and winning the battle in the forwards.

Yep. We have a great opportunity this year (again!!!), but we are far from unbeatable. Cannot wait for Origin to finsih and the last 8 rounds leading to the semis. Best three months of the year coming up.

Who will emerge from the pack? There's always a team that gets on a run from mid field every year.

the area of spaz's defence which can be addressed is his habit of showing the attacker the outside & relying on his pace to run him down.

creeping simply needs him to tackle whatever his chin directly points to.

lol at people talking up the Dragons chances so they use the 'choke' if Dragons get knocked out.

As someone pointed out with the Manly game, if the forwards are being dominated, Dragons are f**ked.

As last season once again showed, regular season form means sh*t. Finals form is all that matters.
