Interesting to see that the Roosters fired Jason Ryles the moment he was appointed to coach the Dragons next year.

I wonder what (if anything) would have changed if we had done the same with our assistants.

EDIT: Lol looks like I'm quite a bit behind.

Would be a Roosters assistant but apparently they are pissed. Storm a good move with olde bellyache bound to leave in the next couple of years.

Firing high performing underlings who got a promotion in another company would surely have benefited the team in 2022.

The back to back and minor premiership would be easy to improve on.

Should have ditched Kiks and Api early as well.

And played our SG Ball side for the last third of the season.

Need them to make one up for 25 years of age. Imagine adding Nathans accomplishments in 21 and 22 to that. Not sure Thurston gets to add much by extending it 2 years
Agree. And the premiership that Thurston got early in his career was off the bench for a very strong Dogs team.

Our dummy half rotation has definitely not gotten better. Mitch Kenny is the same as always. Luke has gotten worse.

The rest of the team is just slowly getting better at working with what we have.

Luke isn't getting gametime, its not completely his fault he is getting worse... rotation needs to be an somewhat even split if you were to judge them side by side, even if Mitch is kept on longer afterwards, problem is luke doesn't get more than 20mins of that, by then the game has gone to either up another level or already over and fatigue has set into whoever he is passing to, i reckon we start him, give him those important 20 mins see how he travels
