As a life long Panthers supporter it really saddened me when JFH left. He will ALWAYS be remembered as a legend of our club BUT sadly over the last year or two his form has dropped. I hope for his sake and the Warriors he can regain something like his best form.

Looking back I tend to agree.

I think he'll find it tough going trying to lead that Warriors pack.

Personally I was so impressed with Leota and Smith at Vegas, They really brought there A game.

He was giving Yeo a run for his money for a little while, but I think he’s had enough.

Plenty of players have over-smugged and flopped at new clubs.

The decline of Burto still brings me to tears.

He was on a trajectory to immortality, the dogs have really f**ked him.

One of the most nonsensical articles I've read in a good while "Vegas Hero!" Hyperbolic crap

I agree. I believe (reading between the line) that as long as Laurie is offered a reasonable deal he will stay. Especially after him enduring time at W/T a couple of years ago.

He's a good type of player to have lurking in the background. Loves the Pennies, (remember his celebration in 2021 out the car window with a Panthers jersey on, whilst contracted to play at W/T.)

He adores us.

He certainly won't leave for another basketcase again. He'd jump at a starting spot and a mid table team imo. He's not in our best 17

He’s a loser, we couldn’t show him the door quickly enough.

cant help but feel that Talagi will take Laurie's role of 14 if he cannot beat Cole to the 6 jersey

maybe Ivan doesnt have faith in Laurie for the 14 role hence why he gives him scraps in minutes (Vegas the exception)

Still early days. Still young. Good player.

He was one of the best young players I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

All the skills, speed, intelligence and raw courage. Very humble and gracious in interviews. Ticked every box.

Alas Cicada and the dogs have failed him.

If such a creature exists, Im afraid he is a natural panther. There’s no other rightful place for him and his game.

He’s wasting away over there Killer, the synergy isn’t there and he’s not as expressive as he was. I think Ivan gave him a lot more latitude and built more self belief into him.

Its counter intuitive in a way because there are good coaches and Gus at the dogs, but they can’t cope with his talent and he’s in decay.

They have brought other players up and raised the overall factory boof standard, but they fail the gifted kids.

He still possess all the attributes you refer too.
They haven’t gone away. He would benefit from a quality 7 to take the pressure off him.
