I didn't mind The Rock in that film where he was smashing fools with a lump of 4x4, it kind of reminded me of Alien Versus Predator 2.

Mate, I rented "Get Smart" for $2.50. Boy, do I regret pissing $2.50 up the wall. I admit that I was stupid to even think that this remake could be good. I didn't see it at the movies as I suspected that it was crapola. I do feel guilty for partly contributing to the revenue stream of "Get Smart:.

I only watched about 30 minutes. Once I saw that scene about the "Cone of Silence", I absolutely had enough. I swear that 30 minutes must have killed a few of my brain cells.

Lets get onto the second subject you raised (The Rock). This man had the potential to become a great action movie hero. The ONLY movie he has made which was good was "Walking Tall". Otherwise, he has wasted his talent doing crap Disney-style crap. Get your head out of your ass rock and make some real movies!!! You are more Stallone than Skakespeare!!!

I also absolutely agree with your call about today's comedians. Most of them just scream crap!!!! Ferrell and Schnieder have never made a good movie in their lives when they have been lead actors (Ferrell in "Night at the Roxbury" is an exception). Sandler, I can take in small doses. I loved "The Longest Yard", otherwise his other efforts have been average at best.

Gees, you lot are harsh. I grew up on the old "Get Smart" series and I think this was a darn sight funnier than "The Nude Bomb".
