Getting rid of my flabby stomach.

I need to lose this flabby love handle infested stomach of mine and it seems that situps and crunches dont do anything but hurt and burn.. Do they get rid of fat or just make the muscles stronger underneath the flab?

Any good suggestions on how i can lose as much flab on my stomach as possible in 2 weeks, i know nothing much will happen in 2 weeks, but it just has to go.. Seems like nothing i do will burn it off..

I am pretty fit, but it dosnt really seem as though targeted exercises are getting rid of it..
