They have got to go now !something is obviousley going on in the camp and ,I think their attitude will only drag us down further. They have to go before they infect our up and coming forwards their less than professional attitude.

Big call doubting their attitude!! From where I sit their putting in as much as anyone else in the team. Okay both did not set the world on fire yesterday but they were not on their Pat Malone. As for being in the big picture for 2012 that remains to be seen if they get offered a better deal else where and they accept it, really its not about the Tigers flicking them, they hold all the aces its their call if they come or go as they are both under contract for 2012 and a lot of people in Tigertown seem to forget this

Fulton was off his game yesterday, for obvious reasons. He's too small to play without the other big boys around him. And I mean the experienced big boys. His cover tackles and work rate are excellent, but he needs big units to bring down other big units.

Getting rid of Gibbs would be the single stupidest thing we ever did, including the Kangaroos Sheens decided weren't good enough. If you can't see what he brings to the side, you might as well not be watching.

As to their attitude, their attitude was key in us winning the league and will continue to be long after many other nuff nuffs have fallen by the wayside.

yep westie, I've been saying it since I heard about it, we cannot lose Gibbs. Single dumbest idea to let him look around.

Fulton's workrate is good, but he's a benchie. It's hard to tell what his position should be, he's like a smaller version of Bryce Gibbs. High workrate but offers little with the ball in his hands and is never going to make inroads as a back rower, but too slow to play in the backline anywhere.

Is your opinion about Gibbs based on the 2011 roster or the 2012 roster?

Will Blair bring to the side the mongrel the forwards require? Also big game experience from his GF and finals matches?

The other question is are you prepared to lose some of our outstanding junior forwards to keep one or either?

Issues which need to be considered. Obviously someone has with the articles about their futures in the paper.

Fulton should attack wide on the right as a link player. His ability to set up trys is better than either Moltzen or Lui. For all the wraps they were getting, they were never actually creating any trys.

He should defend in the middle. The way defence is at the moment with numbers in tackles, his work rate at the moment is key. He's too small to be making one on ones out wide, but as one of three, he's excellent.

Browny knew how to play him. At Hudds and the Maggies he was creating trys for strong runners, not being released flat into guys 30kg heavier than him.

Sheens for the last few weeks has being playing him as a hard yard man,1st receiver smashing it up on the edges. He has been playing the Ellis role. Will never work, IMO he should come off the bench and either hit gaps as a second receiver wider of the ruck or be a ball player, creating stuff for other players.

My point is I would rather keep the younger forwards coming through
and for them to not pick up the bad habits on and off the field from these two.I would rather they learn football and life from Ellis , Payten and the like ..

Their (Gibbs & Fulton) time has passed we should move on I am over their Stupid public profiles , practical jokes ,tweets and all that other S**t they want to pass on to the public.

Let'em go!!

One things for certain if they get Blair they will have to release a forward or two. You cant have a player who is eating up a fair chunk of the cap not even making the top 17.Take a look at the forwards at Sheens disposal in 2012 if we snare Blair

farah
galloway,gibbs,woods,fifta,groat
ellis,fulton,dywer,shirmack,bmm
rhino payten if he dosnt retire and of course blair

not to mention a few running around in the u20's

I cant see us wanting a 200g a year player running around for BRET waiting for his chance in the top grade through injuries

The only player in this team capable to being Ellis is Dwyer.

If he comes to the club. Blair will add plenty of experience, skill and toughness that has been missing. Our younger players will learn from him.

Our CEO is quoted as saying we have some of the best young props in the NRL in Fifita, Woods and Groat. All under the age of 22. This is in the article about Gibbs. Definitely a suggestion towards the future of the club.
