Premise

The series will follow Cory and Topanga Matthews' daughter, Riley (Rowan Blanchard), and her best friend, Maya (Sabrina Carpenter), as they navigate the challenges of life as they start 7th grade. The series is set in New York City, where Cory and Topanga moved to in the Boy Meets World series finale.
I like BMW but I don't think I'll like this show that much. The original show was... well... unique for it's time. It was set in suburban Philadelphia and was swaying away from other sitcoms at the time which were set in either California or New York! This show, starting off in New York, seems to have that stale/static sitcom feel to it. I want the good old days of BMW returning with references but I can't see that happening.

One thing I am looking forward to though, is seeing a lot of the original cast and characters and how they've changed in the last 10-15 years!

It's a Disney production. it will be for kids not one to replace a program like HIMYM

Shit... that means it's most likely going to go to Saturday Disney then (if any) - I'll pass then.

Damn I was hoping this would be a prime-time sitcom. Oh well... I might have to go and find the BMW DVD series.

I think with Disney channel it could be prime time for that channel.

I got all seasons of BMW. Its always a guilty pleasure. Actually watched it not long ago

The great thing about it compared to other kids sitcoms. Was that it grew with the audience and never tried to be something it wasn't. It stopped production at the perfect time.

Eric was always my favourite in the later seasons as was Shawn's brother jack.

I watched the final 2 episodes of BMW last night. That final scene in the class room was probably one of the most emotional I've ever seen in sitcom television. They also said that Topanga was really teary and crying in that scene, it wasn't fake!
