Hi guys,

Just out of interest, is there a reason why jamie lyon has taken over as goal kicker for Daly Cherry-Evans for the last couple of weeks?

Is this trend going to continue?

Further to the above, I believe Lyon was injured early in the season, so they gave the Cherry bomb the reins until Lyon had fully recovered.

There's plenty of goalkickers in the side. Not like the pre-Ridge days where just about everyone in the squad had a crack and I remember Lyons putting one under the crossbar from 10m out right in front. David Williams is a pretty handy kicker so there are plenty of options.

From memory Tony Williams kicked 6 from 6 in the QLD cup grand final in 2009.
