Who is our goal kicker this season, kimmorly cant be kinging again this season he is simply not a first-class goalkicker. Has raper tried anyone else during the trial matches??

I think by a lot of previous threads on this topic the general consensus is for merritt to take the shots but he has to get the ball of noddy first

This is definately one thing the Sharks have failed to address in the off season. Merritt can be our only salvation that is IF HE IS GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY!!!!!!!! :x

I think they want establish Merritt as a regular first grader before they slap him with the extra responsibility, until then it will be Noddy I think.

I dont know under daryll Halligan he wasnt striking them too bad, but then The almighty merkin gave his son the job to keep him in first grade.

I think our biggest problem is that Noddy now holds the club's pointscoring record.
That could be killing giving others a go.
We all go to games and it's plain as the nose on your face that Noddy is not another Darryl Halligan.

And I never saw Halligan miss an easy shot from nearly right in front of the posts.........

Whilst everyone hates him right now Bird isn't a bad goal kicker. Plus with how good he thinks he is confidence wouldn't be a problem

I also read Hilder is a good kicker too.

I wish they gave others a shot at it

Noddy's success rate was 63% last year. Not good enough to win a comp IMO. Halligan, Taylor, Eadie, etc., were all up around 80%. That's the sort of rate we need if we are going to be any chance of clinching 2004.

I meant last year when JA was doing it and in the trials...

Sorry I don't think Sully will be the answer to our goal kicking troubles :|
