Newcastle boy.
I've always wondered, does a purchased premiership feel like a hollow victory ? fortunately for RL there are clubs with juniors who invest in the game.

he had a josh jackson type game in the grand final i'll give him that..
Everyone knows the only critics worth their salt are supporters of multiple mediocre sydney clubs!Boyd Cordner is the footballers' footballer.
The casual fan doesn't see anything flashy and so they wonder what all the fuss is about.
But every footballer - and I mean every single one - who has played with and talks about Cordner does so in almost reverential terms.
They understand the value of his relentless tough runs and ability to get a quick play the ball, the lines he runs, his defence, toughness, work ethic, leadership, and selflessness.
That's why they love him. So when Luke Keary lights up and says "he's one of the best players I've played with" I'll probably take his opinion over some of his esteemed LU critics like Dogs & Eels!!
