I'm not a fan of their music anymore but I once was, mainly around the time of Frogstomp, Freak Show and Neon Ballroom.
I drank my first legal beer at the Brewery in Newcastle while "Ana's song" was playing over the speakers. Good memories but their time for me was finished years ago. I saw them with Powderfinger on the Great Divide Tour while I was living in Canberra and by that time the crowd really wasn't responding to their new music at all. The old favourites were still good, but they didn't play many. It was all Daniel Johns' artsy fartsy stuff by then.
