Nah, that was me as a young lad going to the game.
In one instance, as a 10 year old in 1971 all dressed up in the kit, dad introduced me to Changa and l carried his training bag over to the oval on game day.
Always got kitted out in the gear until l was about 12-13.

Yes I remember Admiral well, his name was Garry Husband and as local kids in the area back in the late 60,s we use to play touch footy at Anglo Square with him.I think someone told me a few years ago that he had passed away.He was a true dragon fan for sure.

Yes, Gary Husband.Tall & skinny with Glasses.Actually played for Ramsgate in a or b grade when he was in his early 20's.Not much of a player but he used to have a go. I worked with him for 3 months in my first job after leaving school.Simple sort of guy and found some other supporters to go to games ( used to go with his dad who was half his height ! ) with but don't know if he was ever part of the Dragon Army or whatever.

Funny story , Garry would sometimes go to Saints training at Kogarah and I worked with a bloke that played 2nd & Third grade for them ( Alan Barry ) .The players nick named him "Frank Hyde's son ".
