a) Gallen is out so it allows someone else to play 1st receiver. He'll come back and get in Maloney/Chad's way
b) It is round two.
c) Townsend started last year off great, then absolutely fell off a cliff. Admittedly he was going, so he probably just switched off, but he put in some of the most pathetic performances of all-time. One 'tackle' on someone, I forget the game, was the worst you've ever seen. Think it was the Dragons and either Widdop or someone.

It's abit classless to gloat about it being a trade... The guys mother in law has a terminal illness so he wanted to go home to be with his family...

I'm sure Townsend would much rather his mother in law not be sick so he could continue at the Warriors.

But sure... Why not celebrate the fact that a terminal illness has worked out in the Sharks favour... :roll:

Chad played very very well today. But more relevantly, so did the Sharks. That was a very good team performance. Their halves were given a good platform to work off.

Not an amazing player, but a very solid half who could have done very well here surrounded with a better team and with better coaching.

Hooking him towards the end of 2014 in favour of an out of form Leuluai was just madness.

Will live on in infamy though for one of the worst performances by a Warrior, ever, somewhere at the end of last season. And boy we've had some shockers.

I've only recently joined here. Read the forums for bloody eons.

It is rare to have a resident commentary from an offshore club. Seen it before on the old Vodafone one tribe site....a bloke from the Manly Fan group used to chat there.

As I say it is rare.

Treasure it.

I try to put my respectful two cents worth in at other mobs houses including the Sharks....get a reasonable reception I must say.
