Who here suffers from this awful prick of an ailment.

I get it chronically in my toe, ankle and elbow and I must say it is way more painful than breaking a bone.
I've tried cherry juice which surprisingly does help a little.I pop Indocid like candy when it flares jup but do you guys have any alternative remedies I can try??

Any help would be appreciated.

Indocid like candy

Work out what triggers it in you and avoid it.

For me the biggest difference was cutting beer from my diet.

I used to get it so bad over a period of 10-12 years and tried absolutely everything, about 3 or 4 years ago i started taking Pro-Gout a tablet which lowers the uric acid levels, I haven't had it since which enables me to train more and keep fit.
Pro gout is a one-a-day tablet, it has worked for me.
