Good to see the NRL's work in forming stronger relationships with Govt is paying off. Fiji would be where I'd be looking to develop most now PNG system is in place.

It's a shame that the PNG administration is forever unstable. The game thier would progress so much more if the constant in fighting was finally overcome.

PNG will be a fragmented nation for a long, long, time. Tribal allegiances are far more important than any concept of the common interest.


There are 800 separate languages. Not dialects, but totally different languages.

And the next day the same gov grant the AFL & GC Suns $15m for admin and training facility. Why is soo much taxpayer money from all levels of government going towards funding two AFL expansion clubs?

Will be interesting to see is Ciobo secures similar funds for the Titans, who get raped by Stadiums Qld, don't have luxury of management rights to CBUS, don't have a training and admin facility and Ciobo was very happy to get his picture with Dave Smith in Canberra to get assurances over the Titans future.
