Gower & Lewis out

even if he plays carrying an injury i guess it is something in our favour but at the end of the day the only way we'll only beat penrith is by playing better footy

it's the pennies first home game of the season so it's gonna be a tough job to go out there and come back with a result. hopefully the confidence gained from last week's game will see us in with a good shout

yeh common ross rip into them....remember they didnt want you!!!!

BTW i would be suprised if gower doesnt play, lewis wont, when ever he gets a minor injury he doesnt play the week after. i hear he is all about self preservation....

I think the Panthers looked more potent with Wesser and Preston close to the action.

They carved the Eels up. Maybe the Panthers are better off without Gower. At least a less than 100% fit Gower.

Panthers dont need gower, we dont need noddy, lets get rid of 1/2backs altogether.

LOL Tye

If we are to do any good this year we need to beat Penrith, with or without class players Gower and Lewis.

Though I think we're a good shot Friday night.

Penrith have been really off the boil in the past two weeks so they will fired at home to try and turn it around.

It should be a close game.

If Gower dosent play expect Peter Wallace to play at 5/8, should be interesting match up against Kearney, Panthers have big wraps on Wallace, but Kearney has more first grade experience

How's the Sharks marker defence?

If it isn't perfect Aiton will carve up. He goes like Craig Wing from dummy half but with quicker acceleration.

Hopefully Albert and Vagana are on the same side of the field as Hookey and Galea...

That is a sh*t panthers side compared to a couple of years a go when they won the comp.
They are playing well below par so no excuses for not putting them away.

One of the weaker aspects of our game actually. Was much improved versus the Cows but remains to be seen if we can do it consistently well.

Not from memory. I think Galea and Hookey played right side the other day.
