On the NRL site a while ago it had pre-match entertainment going from 6.30 to 7.

Chris Isaak will be performing. He hasn't had a hit in about 10 years so he fits in well with the NRL's policy of having washed-up singers.

Chris Isaak is on the Footy show grand final thing so he's a good chance for sunday. He last performed at Telestra in 1999 at a NFL preseason game San Diego chargers v Denver broncos and he was great.

I'm pretty sure their policy now is they only have about 20 minutes of headlines only. The first night GF was a joke and they soon got the message from the fans.

Agreed. If people are so desperate for the news they can tune into one of the radio stations who are at least an hour ahead of the crap they call news on commercial tv. Half their stories are glorified advertisments i.e. Fred Bloggs is in town to promote his new blockbuster movie.

Channel Nine confirmed on 2GB about three weeks ago they would broadcast the entertainment IN FULL.

I would imagine between 6pm and 6:20pm at the ground will be rather boring
