Nice!

So it seems like Fitzy is good at allowing his assistant coaches to have meaningful input, as well!

It just gets better!!!

This has been the most notable thing about the Sharks attack this season. The lack of it was also what was abundantly clear for the Warriors playing against the reduced numbers. They were just trying to pass side to side with out pulling in or engaging defenders. It's really important in the modern game.

The most impressive part for me is that the Sharks have done an extremely good job (up until this point) at ensuring any player who doesn't get the ball and is used as a decoy isn't impeding the defensive line.

It has been a feature of our play that certainly stood out to me this year. In recent years I've felt like we've been a one out team and relying on things like Fifita's size or Wade's footwork to get over the advantage line.

It's a huge difference to the way we play and impressive such a change was possible over a single offseason.

We are also seeing the less experienced forwards now with games under the belts between 50-70 games so 2-3 years of first grade week in week out.
