what is wrong with them why sont they pick.
J langley.
k yeaman
k pryce
p cooke
r mathers etc.

i thought they should have picked all these guys for the tri nations lanley was great yesterday & he played a blinder in SL Grand final, hes better than jamie peacock.I dont understand why they always pick blokes like radlinski, wellens, peacock, senior, deacon, sinfield etc. They have some good talent they just need to look at their own backyard harder.

Cooke was available, he only had surgery because he was left out of the squad. I thought Langley was fit too.

Yeaman is ordinary, K Pryce is way too raw for international RL, and Mathers is pretty bad himself. Cooke and Langley deserved spots though, but Noble wouldn't play Cooke even if he made the squad, he just doesn't seem to rate him (but he rates Iestyn Harris ).

Yeaman has two faults, one is he's just a bit too slow for a centre and the other is he tends to be too greedy at times (usually when on a hat trick) although judging by the pre season games he seems to have worked on those aspects of his game. He gets bigger every season and he is lethal in defence and attack, he'd go well against the Aussies.

Paul Cooke definetley deserved a spot but, it was always obvious that Noble was going to pick half his Bradford team. Deacon and Harris are both crap in mye eyes and despite the fact they may turn it on in Super League , international class is something they are not. Just makes me wonder how many times do they have to fail for a GB coach to realise this. Players like Horne and Mcguire ( was he injured? ) who have actually played well over the last couple of seasons just got snubbed.

Back to Cooke though, he would have teamed up very well with Yeamo on the left hand side. Pryce and Mathers are far from international class.
