GREAT NEWS-Storm/NRL/News Ltd. - 5 Yr. Deal to Play in Melb.

Well for all those doomsayers who said Storm will relocate next year to Brisbane, I have some fantastic news.....Storm, News Ltd.and the NRL have signed a 5 year deal for them to play in Melb.

I am one very happy lady!

Anything that makes you happy Ms Storm has to be good. Although, I don't recall ever saying that Storm should relocate to Brisbane.

But a question.... what are the details of the deal?
Who is footing the bill and do they have any 'get out' clauses?

It is real pleasing that the Storm are staying in Melbourne.
If their first opponent was Essendon,Hawthorn or Geelong then the rejoicing could really start.
St Kilda shouldn't have to lower themselves to play the Storm and consequently give them 4 points when drawn to meet.
Soon we will have a mixture, and the Carlton/Storm will be advertising that they can take on the world, and will be demonstrating their new brand of footy in Brazil(it seems like things are in a bit of a lull there at the moment).
Rupert is also expecting some sort of kickback from his interest in a communications company "Amazon Beans".
Good to see all is wonderful in the world.

Interesting news in the papers this weekthat the Storm have secured a new 5 year deal. Maybe if some of the journalists started reading through the old pages of LWOS they might pick up on some of these things just a little bit quicker.
