Not sure of Ch9 is showing the SL game from last night over East (Cas vHKR) but if they are it is worth a watch, Very entertaining game with lots of attack. Like watching Tigers v Tigers!

Amazing atmoshere considering just 9K there!

Was winner takes all for the final playoff spot, so was always gonna be an edgey game. hopefully 9 show it, their selection of games has been pretty good from what i have seen so far this year.

Of the games they can show tonight. Wigan v Crusaders was Crusaders last game in SL, Warrington won the minor premiership at Hull and st helens smashed london.

And out of interest how did u watch it? Do u have a stream you could PM me

Pretty sure Nine don't select any games. Sky Sports in the UK show 2 Super League games a week and Nine show the exact same two.

Will be interesting who gets the rights next year, but I doubt Nine will bother picking up the rights again. I hope some betting sites get the online rights actually, a lot of live betting sites actually show the NRL live online but you can't view it in Australia.

Should have none that:oops:. Puzzles me as to why 9 wanted bothered to get it in the first place?

Victorians were hugely ahead and Queensland and NSW viewers were being ripped off, so they bought the Super League to plug the gap. Now everyone gets to watch League after midnight.

:lol::lol::lol:Try telling the league fans in Victoria/South Australia/Western Australia that. I'm sure they'll be very enthralled to hear your words.

So it's full of knock ons that become tries, forward passes on the reg and the commentators are creaming themselves non stop for 80 minutes?

Pretty entertaining game as usual from SL, but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. It's worth a watch as the matches usually are but not sure why it warranted a thread on here?

It's SL, it never is!
I enjoy the more open attacking play rather than the safety first stuff and the wrestling we see so much of here these days.

Hey, I prefer a faster ruck.... I'm a Wests Tigers and Robbie Farah fan. I think the NRL has gone a little too far back to slowing it this year. Start of '10 was perfect. I like to see a ruck that rewards talent rather than attempting to keep games even. If you're good enough, you're good enough.

There's a difference between a fast ruck and a shit defence though. Below the top 7 team in SL, it's all shit. London will come right up next year. Salford will improve. Widnes will be an improvement on Crusaders. There's still too much of a gap though.

I reckon Warrington and Wigan would be killing it in the NRL this year. Down to the Hull clubs they'd compete in the finals.

The rest are tits.

The 18yo hooker from Castleford Daryl Clark is attracting interest from the NRL, apparently he is yet to agree a new contract with Cas, the kid is a gun. The Roosters and Parra are two clubs I believe are keen on him.

And if you had your way I'm sure we'd rush back to the 5 metre, unlimited tackle, 3 point try, 2 point field goal extravaganza.

Some teams play the percentages to the point of boredom while others have a dig with the ball in hand. There's a time and a place for both and if you hate the excitement, off to Union with you then...
