Hi all,
Great to be back watching the footy. Had a pie ( no beer as I'm doing Dry July) and atmosphere was good in Bay 13, despite the small crowd. Also picked up my membership scarf.
We looked really tired in parts of the game and Robbo came across very frustrated in press conference. I thought refereeing performance was ordinary but too much dropped ball and defensive lapses obviously.

Good on you mate. It is a shame that your night didn't end on a more positive note, but that happens from time to time, even with our magnificant team. That is footy, I suppose. You take the good with the bad, and stick solid with our great club no matter what.

I had a friend who we normally sit with up in the O'Reilly stand go, and he said that while social distancing was practiced with the seating, it was non existent when entering and exiting and at the bathrooms. It is for this reason I didn't go on Thursday, even though I would have loved to have gone and watched the mighty Roosters play. The weather was ordinary too, I understand.

Anyway, while I won't be going up to Gosford next Saturday, hopefully you get to go and enjoy your first live Easts win!
