GROUP FIFTEEN
Biff Tannen in Back to the Future

Biff Tannen was not only a definitive asshole, but he managed to be the most definitive asshole of all time; literally. All the way from beating up three generations of McFlys, to altering the universe and time itself just so he could scrog Michael J. Fox's booze-loving mom, his assholedness knew no bounds. It's a good thing he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, or the sport's almanac would have been the least of everyone's concern.

LEX LUTHOR(Gene Hackman) in Superman series
Lex Luthor (Gene Hackman) is so dangerous and filled with evil that it's hard to imagine the world being able to stop him without Superman (Christopher Reeve) on its side. This self-proclaimed "greatest criminal mind" certainly earns respect with numerous attacks on the planet, not to mention the entire state of California. Lex found an enemy in the Man of Steel, and with the discovery of kryptonite, was able to exploit one of Supes' very few weak spots.

JAKE THE MUSS (Temura Morrison) in ONCE WERE WARRIORS
For while Jake is an absolute monster of a human being, he is still very clearly human. Temeura Morrison's performance is nothing short of exemplary, as he manages to turn Jake into a highly complex character. One moment he seems like the perfect friend, singing a duet alongside Beth at a party with smiles plastered across their faces, the next he is pounding his fist into her face with such ferocity it is almost like he has been replaced with somebody else. It is testament to Morrison's acting skills that while everyone is urging Beth to leave with the children, we can see why she doesn't.

Sergeant Meserve(Sean Penn) in CASUALTIES OF WAR
Sean Penn's Meserve is evil-incarnate, but one for which the audience feels a certain pathos. You get a sense he would be an upright citizen in another life, were it not for the trauma of war in this one that has turned him into a genuine psychopath.

CASTOR TROY (Nicholas Cage/John Travolta) in FACE/OFF
This international criminal mastermind was, ahem... faced with a bone-chilling scenario one dark night. He awoke in a medical clinic after spending days in a coma following a dramatic gunfight with Sean Archer (John Travolta) and dozens of his fellow federal agents. Kept alive by the government, Castor Troy (Nicolas Cage) discovered something that makes the "kidney removal" urban legends pale in comparison: someone had taken his face... off.

Jake by far. Temura Morrison is not the most accomplished actor in this group, but this performance is definitely the best.

" F*ck this warrior sh*t ! "

Morrison for sure. But I would have picked him anyway since we have the same surname :)
