Green Day at Melbourne Docklands

Best show ive ever seen.
My Chemical Romance rocked even though they had a small time limit
Jimmy Eat World were great.
And the Day pumped out for what was close to 3 hours!
They started at 8:40 and finsished around 11:40.
I got to within a few rows of the stage, moshpit was cranking all night.
Billie was awesome, huge on satge presence he's got.
Telstra Dome was awesome, MCR and JEW played there gigs
then just before GD came on they opened the Roof of the Stadium
which was great,
perfect sound in the stadium.
I was bumbed out I didnt get to play the guitar on stage as was every kid
in the stadium. But nevertheless best show ive ever seen.

My next event at Docklands will be the SoO game 3, bring it on.

I must admit I was a Greenday knocker at the start of the year. Mainly because one I never really listened to their music (the only song I knew that was Greenday was Good Riddance which was my Primary Graduation Song) and I hated it. The other being my friend who's into Good Charlotte, Simple Plan and The Used was going to their concert and thus was a fan of their's.

However after watching a few specials, finding out about some of their older songs (most of which I liked) and their latest single (Jesus of Suburbia) I'm starting to feel jealous of everyone who got to see them.

So I hope anyone who's been to their shows had a great time and it's cool hearing all these stories.
